Rajinikanth and Jagapathi Babu together

Rajinikanth and P Vasu are once again working together for a remake of a Malayalam film Katha Periyambal, a Mamootty starrer. The film will be remade in both telugu and Tamil.
Gossip is that Jagapathi Babu is going to play a special role in Rajini´s film. We have to see what Jagapathi Babu is going to do in the film.The Telugu version of the film will be produced by Ashwini Dutt and the Tamil version by K Balachander.The film begins very shortly and is expected to release by August 2008.

‘Chintakayala Ravi’ (Software Engineer) on 14 Aug

Venky who entertained everybody as a software engineer in the first half of ‘AMAV’ is going to do a full length role in this film. This film will go to floors on 6/7 March on the eve of Maha Siva Rathri. This film is going to be shot for a month in USA from 14 May to 15 June 2008. Music directing duo Vishal - Shekar (Vishal Dadlani and Shekar Ravjiani) who composed music for Bollywood blockbusters like Om Shanti Om are going to compose music for this film. Kona Venkat pens dialogues and story. Anushka is playing one of the heroines for the first time with Venky, Nallamalupu Bujji produces this film after two massive hits Lakshmi and Lakshyam. 14 August is the tentative release date of the film.
