Is congress & TDP is fearing about chiru party?

Congress & TDP is fearing about chiru party because both parties are trying to capture BCs or The BC voters who are with them should vote for them also in coming elections in 2009 .So congress is trying to give PCC Post to BC candiate PONNALA .and TDP gave promise that 1000 croes fund for BCs.
