Is PCC chief is Dr.Mallu Ravi?

The new PCC chief will be Mallu Ravi but not offically declared but almost conformed .There is tough fight between mallu ravi and ponnala but atlast vote given for YSR candiate. He is now Andhra Pradesh Special Representative in New Delhi .
